Making Account Public

The artist account is a default when created private. Once you want to make it public, giving fans access to you artist pages, go to Settings -> Account in the FL-manager. Here you will find the menu to change the account to public.

The Artist account can only be set to public once public it can’t be set to private again. This feature is just to give you a chance to set up the account before fans can access it. Please contact the FL-team for further information or help.

Internal Contact Information

The Internal contact information you need to provide will only be used internally and not shared with third parties. It is only used to contact you concerning the account. Please make sure its correct otherwise we have no way of reaching you.

Stage Video

The stage video is the main focus when visiting your artist page and will give an introduction/overview to fans visiting the page. Here you can have your latest music video or a video from a concert. Its meant to present yourself, use it to tell fans what you want to know about them.

We only support YouTube Videos now with more alternatives in the future to come. To share and save a Stage Video URL please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Video on YouTube you want to use and select Share
2. Use the link provided, copy it, and paste it into the “Link to Stage video” field.
3. Check in the Video Preview viewer if the video is working. Some videos will not work to be shared this way because of YouTubes own guidelines.
4. Once you can see the Video as a preview its working and saved automatically.

Please don’t share videos with information about anything else then the artist representing the page. For more info, please read our General Terms and Community Guide.

3 Quick Ones

Share 3 quick facts with your fans about the artist. These will need some information before making the account public. Make sure to update these before.

Links

Show where fans can find you on the internet. The links need to be the complete URL to the address, copy them in the address field in your Internet browser. The URL entered will be saved automatically.

Music Genre Map

Show visual what your music style is, your fans will add this into their own music style/taste. Which will help fans to find artists in these genres as well.
