1.1 In addition to our GENERAL TERMS, (accessible here) (the “General Terms”) which here are provided so as to ensure that each party (Feelloud and you) are aware of their rights and obligations due to the usage of the Service, these additional terms & conditions regarding Artist users are applicable to You as a creator of an Artist-user on the FEELLOUD platform.
1.2 DEVOTE SYSTEM FOR ARTISTS
1.2.1 In order to collect Devotes, a “Campaign” needs to be created. This function is accessed via your FEELLOUD-manager, where you manage creation, configuration and the release of your Campaigns.
1.2.2 Each Campaign has 4 phases; (1) the Set-up phase, (2) the Collecting phase, (3) the Planning phase and (4) the Archived phase.
1.2.3 You can only have one Campaign active at a time, and a new Campaign can only be created once the previous one has been archived.
1.2.4 Once a Campaign has been created, you will enter the Set-up phase, and please be mindful as some information in the Campaign can’t be altered once released.
1.2.5 More information in regard to which information that will be locked will be released in the future.
1.2.6 Once the Campaign is released, you will enter the Collecting Phase, hereby allowing your Campaign to collect Devotes from your fans.
1.2.7 The number of Devotes and the location of these will be shared with you in a live-feed accessible in your tools and menus.
1.2.8 Once the Campaign is closed you enter the Planning Phase. This means that no more Devotes will be collected, and those collected will be presented for you in the menus, but will not be viewable to the public.
1.2.9 In the Planning Phase, validation of received Devotes can be carried out so as to allow for the choosing of venues probable to generate the highest amount of spectator presence.
1.2.10 Once venues have been booked, Devotees can be connected to tickets via our local third-party ticket providers. Currently, only Sweden is eligible for this functionality, but as FEELLOUD grows we aim to provide Artists with a wide variety of providers in different territories in the future.

1.2.12 Finally, once you’re done reviewing the collected Devotees and scheduled your performances, the time to release the tour dates and venues has come. Once released, each user who’s spent a Devote within the geographical area where the performance is scheduled to take place will receive an invitation alongside a link to buy tickets to the performance.
1.2.13 The Campaign will be automatically archived once successfully released. Access to the Campaign will be granted , but no alterations can be made. At this moment you are free to initiate a new Campaign.
2.1 The Devote-system is created so as to allow for increased fan-engagement in regard to the planning and performance of music concerts, and as such, FEELLOUD takes no responsibility in the execution of an Artist’s Campaign.
3.1 FEELLOUD reserves the right to utilise logotypes and pictures (such as profile pictures) uploaded by the User in the marketing of the Platform.
3.2 FEELLOUD reserves the right to utilise (add, change or delete) User-generated data in order to develop and improve the platform. FEELLOUD will however not delete any data provided by you without a prior written notice.
3.3 FEELLOUD reserves the right to restrict User access to the Services depending on the adherence to our Community Guidelines and these Terms.
4.1 FEELLOUD is not responsible for any actions, in-actions or events taking place at a performance scheduled through the Services.
5.1 FEELLOUD reserves the right to amend, update or terminate the Services at any time as well as these Terms. Users with an account will be informed of such changes in good time prior to execution.
6.1 FEELLOUD is established in Sweden and operates under Swedish legislation. Any and all disputes arising in regard to the Services to be directed to the general courts of the City of Gothenburg.
